STANDARD PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION

Includes all equipment (grid antenna,  J-Arm mount, cable and radio). This equipment remains the property of Skyline Wireless Internet LLC. The installation includes all hardware necessary to mount the antenna. 

(ALSO -- please see section "when service charges apply" for a detailed explanation of after-hours service calls)

The antenna will be roof mounted on a J-arm with standard installation or a tripod and mast for extended installation (Additional fee applies to extended installation.) up to a maximum of 30' above the roof of the building and the cable will be routed a maximum of 100 ft on the exterior of the building.

The cable will enter inside of the building as close as possible to the computer location (Sealed on the outside and a wall plate on the inside).

We connect the cable either to an external USB radio or an external
Ethernet radio, which in turn connects either to the USB port or Ethernet
port on your computer (Customer is responsible for the port on the PC).

Custom install is available at an increased rate. (i.e., Cabling that requires attic access, special or additional CAT-5 cable runs, etc)

To have a house pre wired or the cable run through the wall or attic, customer may purchase the cable or Skyline Wireless LLC can provide a quote for a custom installation. For cable pricing or custom install quotes, please contact info@skylinewireless.com

"When Service Charges Apply"

A service charge of 35 dollars per hour will apply when
any reported problem does not involve the Skyline network
or Skyline leased equipment. Customer is responsible for
their own purchased equipment including but not limited
to, Notebook, Desktop, wired or wireless router, network
interface card, monitor, keyboard, mouse, cabling. This
service charge applies when Skyline repair visits the
customer home or business and demonstrates to customer
the Skyline network and equipment is working properly.

Skyline repair is available 8:30 AM to 6 PM Monday thru
Friday. Saturday if scheduled in advance.

A Sunday or Holiday service charge of 50 dollars per hour
will apply regardless of weather it is a Skyline or
customer problem and only if Skyline repair visits customer
home or business.
